Service Description

This class will be for new members only. We will walk you through 15 minutes of sculpt, 15 minutes of strength and 15 minutes on the bikes. We will be taking extra steps during this class to explain the format and what to expect at each type of class, calming the nerves to get you started on your fitness journey at Cycopath!

Any morning classes must be cancelled by 8pm the night before or you will be charged a $12 drop in fee.
